1. Introduction

This document describes the technologies that allow the Site to achieve the purposes set out below. They make it possible to access information already stored on your device, to store new information on it (for example, with a cookie), or to use your device’s resources (for example, by running a script). For simplicity, we refer to all of them as “Trackers,” except where a distinction is needed. The term “cookie” refers only to the small data files stored in your browser.

Some purposes require your consent. When you give it, you can withdraw it at any time by following the instructions in this document.

The Site uses third-party Trackers, meaning Trackers installed by external providers to enable their services. Unless otherwise stated, these providers may access the Trackers they manage. The duration and expiry of Trackers depend on what the controller or the provider has set: some expire when you close your browser. 3. How the Site Uses Trackers

We use three categories of Trackers, all provided by Google LLC (United States). We do not use marketing or advertising-profiling Trackers.

3.1 Necessary

These are used to carry out activities that are strictly necessary for the Site to function or for the service to be provided. They do not require consent.

Google Tag Manager (Google LLC, United States). A tag management service that loads the Site’s scripts centrally. It does not set cookies of its own, but user data passes through the service and may be processed by Google. Non-necessary tools managed through Tag Manager, such as Google Analytics, are activated only after you give consent. Data processed: Trackers, usage data. Google’s privacy notice.

3.2 Measurement

These are used to measure traffic and analyze user behavior in order to improve the service. They require consent.

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, United States). Google’s web analytics service, which uses the data collected to examine how the Site is used and to prepare reports, sharing them with other Google services. Depending on your settings, Google may use the data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. In GA4, the IP address is used at the time of collection and discarded before the data is recorded.

4. Managing Preferences and Giving or Withdrawing Consent

Where the use of a Tracker is based on consent, you can give or withdraw it at any time from the privacy choices panel available on the Site (the “Manage cookie preferences” link in the footer). You can accept all Trackers, reject them, or choose by category: until you decide, only the necessary Trackers are activated. We keep a record of your choices.

For third-party Trackers, you can also use the provider’s opt-out link (where available), the tools described in its privacy notice, or contact the provider directly.

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request.

Managing Trackers through browser settings

In your browser you can see which cookies and similar technologies are present, and block or delete them. Browser settings, however, do not let you choose by category. Official guides:

Consequences of refusing

You are free to allow or refuse the use of Trackers. Refusing measurement or experience Trackers does not prevent you from using the Site, but some related features, such as the display of the original fonts, may not be available. Blocking the necessary Trackers as well may impair the functioning of the Site.

5. Definitions

• Cookie: a Tracker consisting of small sets of data stored in the user’s browser.
• Tracker: any technology (cookies, unique identifiers, web beacons, embedded scripts, e-tags, fingerprinting) that makes it possible to track users by accessing or storing information on their device.
• Personal data / Personal information: any information that identifies or makes a person identifiable.
• Usage data: information collected automatically by the Site or by third-party services (IP address, pages visited, times, browser and device, etc.).
• Sale and sharing (US): the disclosure of personal information to a third party in exchange for consideration or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• EU: unless otherwise stated, includes the Member States of the European Union and of the European Economic Area.

We may update this policy when the tools used on the Site change. The version in force is the one published here, with the update date shown at the top.
